Lou led the acquisition of Cobra Moto the leading mini motocross in the U.S. In 2012 he helped form Cobra Aero, a Hillsdale, MI and Hood River, OR based manufacturer of drone engines in partnership with several defense and civilian contractors to power drones around the globe.
Terse is a 30 year veteran of the fitness industry and a 22 year veteran of the private equity and investment industry. He spent a great deal of his early years managing over 42 health and fitness clubs in the Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, and Kansas markets.
Terse’s private equity company VEDI, LLC, has owned and operated a series of business investments including 3D services, one of the country’s largest electrical service and supply companies” Partners LLC, a tiered marketing business that had offices from San Francisco to Miami , Boston to San Diego as well as Canada: Cobra Moto, the world leader in mini motorcross racing bikes and two radiology businesses.
Terse is a board member of Terse Novelty, a 75-year old family gaming business.
He earned his finance degree from Bowling Green State University in 1968.
